If you’ve been on the internet in the past decade, chances are that you’ve heard of Etsy. Etsy is the go-to for art-lovers to buy and sell handmade crafts, home decor, vintage clothing, beauty supplies, and more! They also feature a round-up of Black-owned Etsy shops with a huge variety of products! Be sure to check that out(:
Etsy’s list is so much larger and more comprehensive than mine, but I’ve rounded up a list of shops and products that I love. These 15 amazing Black-owned Etsy shops will meet your artsy desires from the ends of your plants to the tips of your keys. This is a great place to start when it comes to supporting Black artists and creatives, but definitely don’t stop at just this list! There are so many incredible shops out there that create beautiful handicrafts and products!
Standing in solidarity with the Black Lives Matter movement as an ally also means taking the time to educate yourself. Check out this Guide To Allyship. It’s a great resource!
